  • DISPUTE A TRANSACTION:
    • If you do not recognize a charge or feel you were billed an incorrect amount, please follow these three steps.
      1. Double-check your receipts and check with other authorized users of your card
      2. Contact the merchant where the purchase originated
      3. If you are unable to resolve your dispute with the merchant, please send us the following information in writing:
        • Account Information: Your name and account number;
        • Dollar Amount: The dollar amount of the suspected error;
        • Description of the Problem: If you think there is an error on your bill, describe what you believe is wrong and why you believe it is a mistake.

  • IF YOU SUSPECT FRAUD:
    • Call (515) 334-8133 immediately to report any fraud or to report your card as Lost or Stolen.

  • CREDIT LINE INCREASE:
    • If you would like to request a credit line increase for your Mastercard or Visa account, please fill out our form and fax it to us at (515) 334-8150.
