- DISPUTE A TRANSACTION:
- If you do not recognize a charge or feel you were billed an incorrect amount, please follow these three steps.
- Double-check your receipts and check with other authorized users of your card
- Contact the merchant where the purchase originated
- If you are unable to resolve your dispute with the merchant, please send us the following information in
writing:
- Account Information: Your name and account number;
- Dollar Amount: The dollar amount of the suspected error;
- Description of the Problem: If you think there is an error on your bill, describe what you believe is
wrong and why you believe it is a mistake.
- IF YOU SUSPECT FRAUD:
- Call (515) 334-8133 immediately to report any fraud or to report your card as Lost or Stolen.
- CREDIT LINE INCREASE:
- If you would like to request a credit line increase for your Mastercard or Visa account, please fill out our form and fax it to us at (515) 334-8150.
